When creating an account, your email address, cell phone number, voicemail remote access pin number,
and cell phone service provider name will be stored and protected. You will be able to update, add, and remove

you upload a phone message, it will be stored privately for your ears only (you will have
the option of making your phone messages available to the general public). The pages you view
on PhoneMessage.com as well as your Internet IP address, the site which referred you,
and your browser type may be recorded.
In addition, third party advertisements placed on

How Information Is Used |
Statistics are generated from on site activities, personal
information, and demographic information.
Some of these statistics are provided for you, some for
PhoneMessage.com administration, and some for the public. Statistics provided for
the public will not contain personally
identifiable information such as your cell phone number or email address.
Your cell phone number, voicemail remote access pin number,
and cell phone service provider name are used by PhoneMessage.com to access your voice mailbox remotely.
Your phone number will not be shared with any third parties (your phone number is not for sale).
Your pin number and answering messages are transmitted to your cell phone service provider using VoIP technology. VoIP phone calls are not as
secure as standard phone calls. While transferring a message to your phone, PhoneMessage.com sends packets of unencrypted information over the Internet (including your pin number and answering message).
Your IP address which is sent to the server may be used to
help diagnose problems and administer the site. It is used to
help identify you and for gathering broad demographic information. It may also be used to identify your geographic location.
Site content may change based on your geographic location.
You may receive operational emails if needs be. If you wish to stop receiving all email communication from PhoneMessage.com, you can remove your account (which is easy to do).
Your email address will not be shared with any third parties (your email address is not for sale).
If any of the following special circumstances occur, your
information may be shared with others. (1) If PhoneMessage.com
receives subpoenas, court orders, or must cooperate with legal
process. (2) If PhoneMessage.com wishes to exercise legal rights or
defend against legal claims. (3) If a user is encountering physical danger.

How To Remove Your Information |
You may remove your account at any time by accessing your account
and then clicking on Remove Account at the bottom of your account page.
Removing your account will remove all of your personal information from PhoneMessage.com's database except for your phone number.
SMS and call history are stored to prevent system abuse. If you have
uploaded a phone message and changed its status from private to public, it may not be removed if other users have already saved the
message to their accounts.
